The Best Gift on our Mission

Family Adventures in Germany

Matt, Ellen, James and Quin arrived the very first of June to give us ten days of joy and memories to last a lifetime.

Down the hall and into the van to grandmothers house we go.

Quin was full of smiles and brought a lot of smiles to our faces.  He was born since we left on our mission so seeing him in person and kissing those cheeks was the best!

We had a lot of fun seeing a little bit of Germany together.

 The hike to Burg Eltz Castle took us through the woods.

 Around the last bend the castle is right there in front of you.

We saw beautiful cathedrals...

and charming towns.

We did a lot of this

I think brats make you grow taller!


We saw amazing things together.

There were amazing views outside...

and inside of Wartburg Castle

where Martin Luther worked on his translation of the Bible.

 We'll never forget our time together.
